Service was good. Will come back again.
There is no public toilet in the lobby. Have to walk through the bar to pick up toilet key from a very unfriendly lady. Everyday, there is about 30 - 50 house guest waiting for their room in the lobby between 11am - 2pm.(I was 1 of them during my checkin day)
location and decent room size for couple.
service room hotel no good
The location is fantastic - close to the shopping centers, central Nathan road and good supermarket Welcome with the great variaty of choice of fruits and other essential goods.
The room was tiny. The amount of money reserved at the plastic card while check-in was much higher than the real expected price for staying in the hotel. It took some time to claim back the exceeding amount.
The location is its advantage since it is walking distance to a of places to visit...
The breakfast was the same during our stay...would appreciate if there were more dimsum in the menu...
At the end of a three week tour of China we could not have asked for a better place. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Our tours were booked with no fuss and our very need was catered for. The pool was a godsend at the end of a day of shopping and sightseeing. The public transport (within walking distance of the hotel) was easy to use and if we had trouble finding our way there was always a friendly local to offer a helpng hand. Because of our experience at this establishment my husband and I will happily travel to Hong Kong again and again. Many and grateful thanks to you.
No free İnternet and Internet charges expensive
No free Internet and internet expensive
I enjoyed a lot the good location, the value for money services and facilities.
The room sizes is quite small and we had problems with the wi-fi.
The location was good for the appointments I had whilst I stayed in Hong Kong
I thought, for business traveler the rooms were on the small side with limited work space
Location is fairly near to the mtr. Cleaniness of the room is very good.
fab location = central to all we wanted to see and do relatively quiet as in off a main road secure feeling eg key card to activate lifts and staff in the lobby personal safe in the room fridge in the room with space for own things
I booked the room type that was available at the time, but it was not the same type of room as I had on a previous visit = felt a little dissapointed. If I had seen other rooms albeit not available I would have understood what I was booking was different. This maybe a system fault. Having said that the room was fine for the time I was there, if I had satyed longer I would have wanted a larger room as I had before, tripping over 2 large suitcases isnt much fun
The rooms are extremely small, lobby has too few seating area
The service of the employees I consider to be very good. At the lobby and the reception, they all did a good job.
The only two things I do not like about the Empire Hotel is, that the breakfast is not good at all. The second thing is that they charge you for using Internetservices. In most of the hotels in China Internet is free. I think that should be the same in The Empire.
